No need to feel embarrassed or inadequate about having to check this page from time-to-time. Shoot, I just found out what "arugala" is last week. And I'm still not sure that I've got the hang of "gnoshing"...

cabrito asado - young goat, roasted or barbequed

Chris LeDoux - professional rodeo cowboy turned country singer/songwriter. Wrote "This Cowboy's Hat," a tender ballad about the special bond between a guy and his sombrero, and the significant pain accruing to those who would come between them. The chorus goes something like this:
