Told you so...\">confirmed to be nothing to worry about<\/a>. Probably.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being the every-silver-lining-has-a-cloud types that we know doctors to be, I was advised to have a periodic check-up just to make sure that nothing untoward is occuring. Today&#8217;s the day, as I have a CT scan scheduled for later this morning.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I expect the same negative results (boy&#8230;doesn&#8217;t that wording always seem wrong, somehow? Negative medical tests are really positive, generally speaking.). I mean, I&#8217;m feeling fine, overall. Sure, there&#8217;s been a little coughing up of blood, but who hasn&#8217;t experienced some of that lately? And the blackouts are really more annoyances than anything of real concern; it&#8217;s not like I&#8217;m piloting a commercial airliner and <em>have<\/em> to be conscious pretty much continuously.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OK&#8230;just kidding. No symptoms. Nothing to justify pessimism.
