{"id":853,"date":"2012-10-21T20:23:59","date_gmt":"2012-10-22T01:23:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ericsiegmund.com\/gazette\/2012\/10\/21\/121021-correctiontapewalker\/"},"modified":"2022-04-08T10:27:46","modified_gmt":"2022-04-08T15:27:46","slug":"121021-correctiontapewalker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ericsiegmund.com\/fireant\/2012\/10\/21\/121021-correctiontapewalker\/","title":{"rendered":"Fun with Office Supplies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Perhaps I&#8217;m easily impressed and\/or amused, but I had no idea until I went back into the world of corporate dronage that the Liquid Paper I grew up with had been replaced by cool correcting tape that&#8217;s applied with a dispenser filled with all kinds of rollers and gears and semi-circuitous pathways.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ericsiegmund.com\/fireant\/images\/misc\/correctionplain.jpg\" alt=\"Photo - Tombow Correction Tape\"><\/p>\n<p>Anything worth engineering is worth over-engineering, or at least providing the appearance of excessive complexity, and the good folks at Tombow apparently take this philosophy seriously.
